15th Anniversary Recognition
The Mayor and elected officials of Washington Township, Morris County, home of OPERATION CHILLOUT, and the Senate and General Assembly of the 25th Legislative District recognizes OPERATION CHILLOUT for the work of “providing aid to homeless veterans and believing in the inherent worth of every homeless man, woman and child, providing emergency supplies and survival gear tot he most vulnerable of our communities.”
